We are looking for a highly motivated PLM Project Manager to join the Digital Continuity & Manufacturing team within our client: Capgemini Engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining PLM architecture strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain PLM architecture strategies.

Design and implement PLM solutions using leading industry platforms such as Dassault Systèmes, Siemens Teamcenter, and PTC Windchill.

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' existing PLM environments and propose improvement strategies.

Create detailed technical specifications, system designs, and integration plans for PLM implementations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful PLM implementations.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Stay up to date with emerging PLM technologies and industry best practices.

Develop and maintain relationships with key PLM vendors and partners.

Contribute to pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations.

Ensure that PLM solutions comply with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
