Job Offer: Software Engineer for Robotics and Automation

Requirements:

University degree in Software Engineering or Industrial Engineering

Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience

Advanced English language skills (C1)

Experience:

Specification, design, verification, and validation of software

Software requirements design and management using specialized tools such as DOORS

Design and application of industrial coding standards (e.g. MISRA)

Knowledge:

Software programming in C, C++ with VxWorks and LINUX

Graphical User Interfaces with Qty® and HMIs for automation applications

Control system applications for robotics or automation

Real-time applications

Continuous integration with Jenkins or similar

Use of Eclipse, Redmine, Bugzilla, Eclipse

Tasks:

Test specification and test execution for HMI software applications to control and monitor robotics equipment, and for robotics controller software

Development of HMI applications using Qty and of Robotics control applications on LINUX and VxWorks

Maintenance of the F4E Remote Handling Control System software platform

Requirements management and verification

Specifications of software design, manufacturing and testing activities for Remote Handling software applications

Follow-up and verification of software design, manufacturing, and testing activities.

Location: On-site. Diagonal Mar area, Barcelona (Spain)

Salary: starting at 40.000€, depending on experience.
