We are an international company in the automotive sector, serving both OEM and aftermarket clients. We operate globally with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Our logistics center in Coslada is looking for a professional with solid leadership skills and operational vision.
Your mission:
You’ll lead a 6,000 m² warehouse with a team of approximately 15 people across two shifts. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, lead the team, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate the warehouse team effectively.
• Ensure compliance with KPIs, productivity standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Toyota model...).
• Optimize workflows and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Coordinate with the group’s international distribution center.
